As COFA, MLRO, and MLCO, she ensures the highest standards in financial oversight and regulatory compliance, including anti-money laundering procedures. Leigh is committed to supporting both clients and colleagues, providing clear guidance and practical solutions to keep the firm running smoothly and successfully.
Jackie Arnold
Director, Solicitor (Family Law)
Jackie advises clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial settlements, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2008, she brings extensive experience and practical guidance to help clients navigate complex and often sensitive matters with confidence and clarity.
John Marshall
Director, Solicitor (Dispute Resolution & Litigation)
John first qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and has extensive expertise in Civil Litigation.
He combines deep legal knowledge with a thoughtful, analytical approach, helping clients achieve the best outcomes. Outside the law, John has a keen interest in chess and classical literature.
Oliver Dykes
Director & Solicitor
Oliver is a Director and Solicitor at Sevenoaks Law Limited with extensive experience in commercial and property law, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
He is fluent in French and German, having gained professional experience with law firms in France, Germany, and the UK. 
Grace Kanawaty
Practice Manager
Grace is the Practice Manager responsible for all non-finance areas of Sevenoaks Law. She oversees the day-to-day progression of casework, liaising with solicitors, clients, and other parties to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Grace also supports the team with practice management and regulatory compliance, helping the firm run seamlessly and meet SRA standards.
Zoe French
Team Leader, Administration
Zoe leads the administration team, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
She supports both clients and colleagues, coordinating casework, managing processes, and keeping the day-to-day running of the firm organised and effective.
Kim Coster
Probate and Property Team
Kim plays an important role in supporting our Probate and Property departments.
She assists with case administration, client communication, and document management, helping to ensure every matter runs smoothly from start to finish.
Viktor Szabo
Dispute Resolution and Commercial Team
Viktor provides key administrative support to our Dispute Resolution and Commercial teams.
